Welcome to our lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Big Bear home. Open ceilings and spaces to relax with the family. Fully equipped cooking kitchen, room for the kids to play. After a full day of fun, enjoy the soaker tub in the main bathroom or hot tub on the side patio. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
