You will find here all the best that you are looking for in the Big Bear! Located in the heart of Big Bear Lake, Cozy warm house with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, fully renovated comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill. Within walking distance of a supermarket and cafes, in 3-5 minutes by car you will find the Marina, Ski lifts, Village with shops and restaurants, Bowling, hiking trails, rental offices.

Our beautiful two-story home is located on a very quiet street. You are assured of privacy and quiet. The first floor has a large cozy living room with gas fireplace (no wood burning), kitchen, formal dining room, restroom and washer and dryer. The back porch has plenty of room for a BBQ party for six people. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, workspace, large closet, smart tv and gas fireplace. In the second bedroom you will find two beds. One separate bed is a twin bed and the second bunk bed is a full bed and a twin bed. There is also a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an electric fireplace. In all closets you will find extra blankets, pillows and electric heaters.

NOTE!
Our home is a two-story home ! Bedrooms and full bath on the second floor, rest assured that you and your guests have the ability to take the stairs.
Our fireplaces are gas ! - No ignition liquids, wood or other combustible materials may be used under any circumstances. Instructions for use can be found on the wall to the right of the fireplace.

While enjoying your time in our mountain community, we’d like to remain you of sume important community expectations for guests staying in our residential neigborhood. We also want to provide some tips that will make your stay more enjoyable and help you vacation like a local.

Please check weather and road conditions before coming up and note that power outages are unfortunately kind of common if there’s a big storm. Plan accordingly as we generally can’t give refunds for these Mother Nature and utility company inconveniences.

Note max occupancy is 6 adults (or combo with children) and 2 cars. Do not exeed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTY ALLOWED.
Also please note there is a camera on the front door, which we use mostly to monitor cleaning team arrival and departure. By booking, you agree to being recorded by the camera. “Ok” enough legalese!

Your booking/request constitutes your understanding and agreement of all HOUSE RULES & POLICIES listed.

Head inside at 10 pm: Noisy outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. No amplified music 24/7: amplified music is not permited to be heard beyond property line. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Abide by local rules and culture and don’t be noisy after 10pm. No ragers, we are too grown for that and if you’re renting this place, so are you. Also, if we get complaints, we have to charge you extra $500

No parking in street. Parking is only permitted in the driveway. This includes the trailers. The maximum number of vehicles – 2.

We don’t have pavement, we have mud and snow so we ask that shoes are removed because the house is carpeted. Leave your snow boots, ski boots by the door. You can store your skis, boards, ski poles on the back porch.

HEATER: You will find the thermostat in the living room on the wall, close to the TV. Please remember to turn it on 50 when you leave.

*We LOVE dogs but unfortunately we can't accept your furry friends, sorry.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside. This includes vape, hookah, pens, and medicinal marijuana.

We offer a back deck with a gas grill, be sure to turn gas off before you leave.

We offer spacious living room with a smart TV that you’ll enjoy while lounging on comfortable, classy furniture and lots of cozy pillows and blankets. Also, new smart TV is available in both bedrooms upstairs. Check before you leave to make sure the TVs are turned off.

BATHROOM: Please note, the full bathroom are upstairs, one more WC is downstairs. A full bathroom (upstairs) with steamy hot water, 100% cotton towels, and great water pressure. Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a little trash bin for everything else.

KITCHEN: A kitchen with a full stove and oven, big refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, baking sheet, bowls, knives and etc. Dishes and cups can be found in the upper cabinets. Silverware is in the drawer on the left side of the oven, and pans are in the lower cabinet. Feel free to use any of this as needed to prepare your delicious meal. When you’re done, you can put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wash all of used dishes. If you forget to do the dishes, that's OK, but we'll charge an extra $50 to do it for you.

FOOD: Please do not keep any food in the bedrooms, don't leave food and drinks on the tables, as this attracts ants and other insects. Store food in closed containers or in the refrigerator. When you check out, make sure you take all the food out of the refrigerator.

FIREPLACES: The home has two gas fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. Before using the fireplace, read the instructions carefully, which you will see on the wall to the right of the fireplace. Please use a lighter to light the fireplace. Do not burn anything in the fireplace, please do not throw garbage or paper into the fire or roast marshmallows.

TRASH: Place your trash in the big trash can in the kitchen. Please do not put trash outside or on the porch, where birds, raccoons, and other creatures can get into it. The City requires you pack out your garbage. Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite.

If you don't have time for trash removal, we will do it for you, but we will have to charge an additional $25 per bag.

CHECK OUT: When checking out, please leave the thermostat at 50, turn gas to grill off, wash your dishes, grab your trash, check the windows and the back door, it should be closed.

Unfortunately, a few of our guests refused to extend common courtesy and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.

FINES: The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation.

Hazard fee: $100, this includes blood, human excrements, vomit, etc.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
