"Pineda Pines" is a spacious and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin with central AC and Heat that is walking distance to The Village in Big Bear Lake. This newly remodeled cabin just had renovations and new pictures done September 2022, with new central Air Conditioning and Heat installed. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space inside and out in the backyard and relaxing in the hot tub.

Located minutes from The Village, "Pineda Pines" offers a convenient location for guests to access shopping, restaurants, and the Lake. Also just a short drive from Bear and Summit Mountain! Upgrades include granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and newly remodeled bathrooms. Outside there is a deck with coal BBQ and sitting area. AC and Heat. Hot tub outside.

There are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 twins beds
Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed (this bedroom is access through the twin bedroom walkway).

The house has smart TVs, fast WIFI, an upgraded kitchen (no dishwasher) and a living room with 2 sofas, TV and wood burning fireplace (bring your own firewood).

Driveway fits a max of 2 cars.

Guests may access everything in the home including the deck and grill. Guest house and parking for the guest house is off limits unless booked.

I live in Las Vegas but I have people in Big Bear who can help if needed.

There is a fireplace but we do not provide firewood. This cozy house is located in the mountains and wood; so the occasional woodland critter, pest, or bug is usual. 2 Cars MAX are allowed at any time at the house (no street parking). Code Enforcement actively patrols the area and it's a $1,000 fine to you if there are more than 2 cars in the driveway and any cars in the street.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
