SNOW SUMMIT, THE VILLAGE, VONS, HOSPITAL and many RESTAURANTS all 1 mile away or less.

Large PRIVATE backyard plus front yard with small covered porch. So many places to enjoy a hot cup of coffee or cocoa.

Or relax indoors with Roku TVs throughout, full kitchen, games and WiFi.

7 Guests/3 Cars Max allowed. No street parking per city rules

Conveniently located on a flat street. Long driveway for 3 cars. First floor has 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds and both Bathrooms. 2 Bedrooms upstairs, one with a Full bed and another with 3 Twin beds. Roku TVs in Living Room and 3 Bedrooms. Log in to your Netflix, Disney+, HULU or Amazon Prime Video account. Full kitchen with gas stove, oven, coffee maker - both filter and Keurig. Gas furnace and gas fireplace on first level. Portable heaters for extra heat in bedrooms.

Access to the whole home except for a storage shed in backyard.

No parties or gatherings. Home is only approved for up to 7 Guests and 3 Cars by the city. You may face fines by the city for not following rules.

NOISE: We have awesome neighbors. No loud outdoor noise/music after 10PM. Sound travels far up in the mountains. Please be respectful of our awesome local residents.

TRASH: All trash must be disposed of before checking out at one of the Clean Bear Sites.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
