Village Chateau located right at the Big Bear Village!

Large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath located at the Big Bear Village

Village Chateau includes two master bedrooms, two bedrooms with twin over queen bunk beds, laptop/work station, outdoor spa, grill, garage parking, and a stocked kitchen. Game room has a pool table, card table, arcade games, and shuffle board.

We allow 8 adults & up to 7 children per city ordinance

Lake & Mountain Views from deck, game room, upstairs master bedroom, & balcony

Property is located directly across from the Big Bear Village. Stairs along the driveway to make walking to and from the home and village easier.

Please note stairs are required to enter the home through the front door and the garage door.

We have parking in the garage and on the parking pad and can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars.

We have a shared driveway so all cars must be parked away from the neighboring home.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
