Welcome to the Cozy Bear Cabin! This updated mountain escape with beautiful lake views is perfect for everyone to relax and unwind. The Cozy Bear Cabin is located across the street from the lake shore, 0.6 miles from the village and 2.6 miles to Snow Summit.

The Home- Updated cabin home with almost 1200 sq ft of living space and wood flooring throughout. This home has 3 bedrooms (one is a loft), 2 bath, kitchen with brand new appliances, and a washer and dryer in the garage. Open concept living space is perfect for a retreat! Large backyard and front balcony overlooking the lake. Parking for 3 vehicles and even a 1 car garage.

Bedroom 1 (Main level)- includes a king bed, closet and 42" smart tv.

Bedroom 2 (Main level)- Includes king sized bed, closet and 42" smart tv.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs loft)- Includes queen bed and 2 twin beds/day beds and 42” smart tv. On-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms-We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We have toothbrush and razor kits available if you forget yours. We do provide hand towels and wash cloths. (Not for lake use, please bring your own for lake.)

Bathroom 1 (Main level)- Shower/tub combo and single sink

Bathroom 2(upstairs)- Shower and single sink.

Kitchen- Full sized fridge, gas stove, dishwasher to help you enjoy more of your time! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. A starter pack of paper towels and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee grounds, and most necessary cooking spices.

Dining- Located off the main living room and kitchen, seating for 6 at dining table. Extra bar seating for 4 in kitchen.

Living room- Couch, loveseat, and smart 65" tv for streaming all your favorite apps. Large coffee table with built in drawers houses board games for all to enjoy.

Fireplace- Wood burning gas fireplace located in main living area. We do not provide wood. It can be purchased locally.

Garage- One car garage available for use. Here you will find the full-sized washer and dryer if needed.

Yard- Relax in the large backyard! Many mature trees, a picnic table and some seating for you to enjoy.

Front Balcony- Fully fenced front balcony. Beautiful views of the lake - even catch the fireworks on holidays!

Parking- Parking for 3 cars.

Pets- We allow up to 2 dogs. Sorry no other animals allowed.

Close to all major attractions yet tucked away on a nice street next to the lake.
You are 0.6 miles from the Village and all the restaurants and shops. You are also only about 5 minutes from Snow Summit. Along with being a very large and spacious home you can walk down the street and within a mile, you are at some of the areas best hiking spots known as the Skyline trail, Pineknot trail and Aspen Glen Picnic Area!!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
