Our three-story home is beautifully decorated, fully furnished, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 people. It has a large spacious living area with tongue n' groove knotty pine decor, lofted ceilings, and a magnificent wood/gas burning fireplace. Parking for 2 cars only.

There is a deck off of the living room, where you might like to enjoy your morning coffee and watch Big Bear's wildlife.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Linens and towels are provided and the beds are already made upon your arrival.

Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed and it's own master bathroom.

The Middle Bedroom off of the kitchen has a queen-size bed.

The downstairs bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed.

Each bedroom has its own television with a DVD player.

This is the perfect mountain getaway for a large family or two families that would like to spend some time together exploring the wonderful mountains, scenery, and village of Big Bear Lake.

You will have access to all of our home.

The house is in a great location for families, we are a 10 minute walk to Alpine slide at Magic Mountain. This is a recreation area which is open year-round and has lots to offer from the water slide, mini golf and go karts in the summer to the snow play and toboggan in the winter. The children will have a great time and they will not want to leave.

We are also close to the village, about a 5 minute drive or a 20-30 minute walk where there are lots of shops to buy souvenirs and great restaurants which offer fast food to fine dining.

For those exciting winter weekends and holidays, we are 2 miles from skiing/snowboarding at either Snow Summit or Bear Mountain , which has some great views of the lake from the top.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
