Welcome to our Winterpark cabin centrally located at the bottom of Snow Summit Resort. Enjoy walking distance to the free resort shuttle for easy skiing and snowboarding.

Our cabin is perfect for all seasons, to enjoy the snow, mountain biking, or the lake. Close to the Village and shops, restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, bank and Starbucks.

Living Room, master bedroom, and 1 guest bedrooms include a TV in each with a guest-ready Roku Streaming box, 3rd bedroom includes a bunk bed, side deck ideal for summer dining, garage holds 1 vehicle with plenty of room for Skiis, snowboards, and bikes, up to 4 more cars in driveway. Smoking and Vaping outside only please.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The neighborhood is quiet and private with mostly full time residents. Not ideal for loud parties.

Walking distance to several restaurants, sporting goods store, Walgreens, and convenience store. A free shuttle traverses the valley for access to the Village, grocery stores, ski resorts and more.
We have supplied some local brochures from the City Center at the property for various activities during your stay.

This property requires "In Person Check In" as required in the City of Big Bear.
Parking for 1 in the garage, 3 more in the driveway. Free EV charging included. Features a NEMA 14-50 receptacle and built-in Tesla Charger, ready to go.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
