The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place just 1/3 mile from the Village. Spacious home with room for your entire family that includes a fully equipped kitchen, bbq grill, cozy gas fireplace and a dining table with room for everyone. For entertainment, there’s a custom shuffleboard table, a piano and other instruments, a record player, and a tv in every room.
The office allows space for work and when you’re finished, enjoy the whimsical grounds.

This stunning home has everything you’ll need for the perfect getaway. With over 2400 square feet and a huge covered front deck, there is room for everyone to stretch out. A wonderful kitchen has everything you’ll need and is open to the great room. There are 3 bedrooms, including a fabulous bunkroom that big and little kids will love, and sleeps 7! The master bedroom is spacious and there is even a sauna in the attached bathroom. An office offers a comfortable dedicated space to work. A little playhouse on the side is a great space for kids to play their video games and hang out.

Just a short walk to the village where there are many shops and restaurants. Less than a mile to Veteran’s Park and to the lake. Free shuttles nearby can take you to the ski and snowboard parks. If you have little ones, the nearly one acre property offers plenty of room to play. There is also a little playhouse set up for video gaming. One of the few homes in Big Bear with central air for summer, and when (not if) the power goes out, the automatic back up generator will kick in to keep all the lights on!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
