Welcome to the Cozy Cub Getaway! This brand new cabin was built in 2021 and is the perfect destination for your next getaway to the mountains. It is centrally located in Fox Farm. The cabin offers a large great room, three bedrooms, and two full baths. After a day on the slopes or out on the lake, come back to the beautiful backyard where you can BBQ, enjoy the hot tub, roast marshmallows around the large fire pit, and play corn hole or bocce ball in the game court.

The Cozy Cub Getaway is a newly constructed cabin with brand new everything! It has new furniture, stainless steal appliances, bedding, kitchen supplies, etc. The great room has a large sectional that has a queen size pull out sofa bed. There is a gas burning fireplace, a 60 inch smart tv, and a large wifi blue tooth speaker that can be used to listen to your favorite playlist. You can stream any of your favorite services on the tv or access Direct TV, complete with the NFL Sunday ticket for football lovers. Sit around the large dining table for family meals or to play a game. The cabin comes with a variety of board games and card games. The beautiful kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator with filtered water, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and crockpot. It provides serving for twelve and professional grade Viking pots and pans for all the chefs that visit our home. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, 40 inch smart tv, walk in closet, connecting bathroom, and slider that accesses the backyard. One of the guest rooms has a queen size bed and the other guest room has a full bunkbed with a twin on top and a twin trundle underneath. Both of these bedrooms also have 40 inch smart tv's. The great room and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and come supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels, and there is a blowdryer in each. In the hallway, there is a full washer and dryer that can be used throughout your stay. Our recently completed backyard has an outdoor picnic style dining table, hot tub that seats seven, gas BBQ, large fire pit, and a gaming court to play corn hole and bocce ball (both of which are provided).

We can occasionally offer an early check in or late check out, depending on the bookings ahead and after your stay. If you would like an early check in or late check out, please let us know at least a day in advance.

In order to be respectful to our neighbors and to be compliant with the city codes in regards to quiet hours, all guests must follow the quiet hours rules and regulations, the spa and fire pit can not be used from 10 pm-7 am.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
