This cozy Moonridge cabin is close to the slopes, zoo, and golf course!!! This comfy split level house sits on a hillside and is tucked away in a quiet part of Moonridge. Enjoy an enormous backyard with a secluded picnic area. The house has a full kitchen for cooking, living room with smart tv and wood burning fireplace, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The house has WIFI, a smart tv, and is a cozy place to call home in Big Bear.

We have a gas grill -- hooked up to the gas line -- on the deck for grilling. The house has two bedrooms and is comfy for four people.

There are lots of stairs on this property! In the front yard, back yard, and the house! If you have trouble with stairs please do not book this cabin. It is an amazing property, but we are being fully transparent that there are stairs everywhere. The house does not have AC.

Guests may access everything in the home.

I live in Las Vegas but I have people in Big Bear who can help if needed.

There is a fireplace but we do not provide firewood. This cozy house is located in the mountains and wood; so the occasional woodland critter, pest, or bug is usual. This house has normal wear and tear. The grill is hooked up to the gas line in the house, so it's always ready to use. 1 Car MAX is allowed at any time at the house (no street parking). Code Enforcement actively patrols the area and it's a $1,000 fine to you if there are more than 1 car in the driveway and any cars in the street.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
