Kick back and relax in this gorgeous newly renovated single story cabin featuring a hot tub, 3 bedrooms, 2 freshly remodeled bathrooms and a large living area/kitchen.. Wood burning Fireplace and Arcade game featuring over 400 classic games to play in living area! 4K smart TV's in every room, Fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. HUGE deck elevated above Big Bear with BBQ, hot tub and views of the lake and tall pines! 5 minute drive to the slopes and village!

This newly renovated cabin sits in the beautiful woodsy area of Moonridge, minutes to the ski slopes and Village and provides a beautiful view of the lake. Featuring 3 bedrooms, each with their own queen bed, and 2 bathrooms is spacious and roomy for a large family or group of friends. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, the house has Free WIFI, parking in the garage, gas grill outside for cooking, and the kitchen is brand new and modern. There is a wood burning fireplace and central heating in the house to keep the place extra cozy in the cooler months. We can allow 2 cars.

The house sleeps 6 but you can fit 2 more in the living room if you bring an air mattress/bedding.

Tucked back in the cozy neighborhood of Moonridge, this cabin has a view of the lake and is nestled among the pines.

Dishes must be cleaned and trash must disposed of upon check out at the nearby trash site if the trash cans are full (we charge a $20 per bag of trash if the trash cans are left overflowing or trash is left on the property, and a $25 fee for dirty dishes). This cozy house is located in the mountains and wood; so the occasional woodland critter, pest, or bug is usual. 2 Cars MAX are allowed at any time at the house (no street parking). Code Enforcement actively patrols the area and it's a $1,000 fine to you if there are more than 2 cars in the driveway and any cars in the street.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
