You'll feel right at home in our clean, spacious and warm cabin. Fully-equipped kitchen, enjoy the dining room with seating for 8. Afterwards, curl up in front of the fire, watch a movie, play cards or stroll to the village, marina, lake, etc.

Holiday rates will vary. Peak season is winter. Rates will be higher in winter and on holidays. Dates around Christmas and New Years and some other holidays may require a 3 night stay. I do not do check-Ins or check-outs on Christmas Day. I do not book around the holidays until New Years and Christmas have been booked. During the winter season, Friday/Saturday night may be required.

The city of Big Bear Lake required in person check-in. The person on the reservation must be physically present and show ID before access will be granted. Please coordinate arrival with your party. "Rent fors" are not permitted. Please plan to arrive prior to 10:00pm.

Possible additional fees from our 24/hour contact and cleaning service:
o Emergency calls: $75.00 if rules are not followed and agent has to do an emergency visit
o Trash removal: $25.00 per bag (please take trash with you)
o Dirty Dishes: $50.00 - to avoid fee, do not leave sink full of dishes
o Hazard Fee: $100 minimum fee - Blood, feces, vomit, etc
o Return trip charge: $25.00 if housekeeping arrive and guests have not vacated.
o Excessive Cleaning: $75.00 - Applies if home is left dirty and requires a significant amount of extra time to clean.

Possible fees from the city $500 fines and/or eviction for the following:
o Occupancy violations
o Vehicle occupancy violation
o Parking violations - driveway parking only. Do NOT park in yard, street, neighbors areas, etc..
o Excessive noise, nuisance noise or amplified music heard at the property line
o Parties

Rates

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
